Pilates sessions aim at strengthening muscles in a low impact manner that improves metabolism and makes clients feel strong and confident. Not valid for customers active within the past 12 month(s). Reservation required. Fundamentals, Form, and Function class required as the first session. Five sessions expire 20 days after the first lesson. 10 sessions expire 45 days after the first lesson. If the group is considered not appropriate by the facility, the class package can be converted to private training.
